RU Wrestling’s Perrotti to Host Twitter Q&A
Fans can submit questions to @RUWrestling prior to Wednesday

  • PISCATAWAY, N.J. (Feb. 17, 2014) – Rutgers Wrestling fans can participate in a Twitter question and answer session with Rutgers redshirt sophomore 157-pounder Anthony Perrotti (Roseland, N.J.) on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m.-noon. Fans are encouraged to send in questions prior to 11 a.m. on Wednesday. Submit your questions to @RUWrestling and Perrotti will respond to as many as possible during the hour-long time period.

    Perrotti (13-10, 7-6 duals) clinched an 18-16 Rutgers victory against Lock Haven on Saturday, Feb. 15, recording an 8-1 decision in the final bout of the match with the Scarlet Knights trailing, 16-15. The squad enters its final dual of the 2014 regular season this Friday, Feb. 21 against Drexel.

    The match marks “Senior Night,” as  the program will honor its two seniors – 133-pounder Vinnie Dellefave (Toms River, N.J.) and 184-pounder Dan Seidenberg (Red Bank, N.J.).  Former UFC Champions Frankie Edgar will also be on hand to sign autographs for an hour prior to the match.
