  • The Florida men's team won with 99 points and Florida State and South Carolina tied for second with 58 points. Clemson placed fourth with 51.33 points and Georgia had 47 points for fifth place.

    Chris Francisco (Bloomfield, NJ) placed 21st in the javelin competition with a throw of 59.62 meters, while Brian Lee (Mt. Laurel, NJ) had a throw of 54.82 to finish 26th in the same competition. Sam Segond (East Stroudsberg, PA), who won the discus throw on the first day of competition, placed 16th in the shot put event (16.32m). David Klics (Lincoln Park, NJ) had a time of 14.35 to finish eighth in the 110 meter hurdles final.

    The 4x400 meter relay team of Klics, Anthony Gallo (Wall, NJ), Lou Tomlinson (Willingboro, NJ) and Ryan Westman (Bala Cynwyd, PA) had a time of 3:13.07 to place 15th.
