PRINCETON, NJ -- Rutgers men's track and field standout Sam Segond (East Stroudsburg, PA) won the discus competition at the IC4A Track and Field Championships hosted by Princeton University Friday.
Segond won with a throw of 59.03 meters, earning the team ten points to place them eighth after the first two days of competition..
The College of William and Mary is in first place with 18 points, St. Francis University (PA) is in second with 14 and Manhattan College has 12 points for a three-way tie with Princeton and Boston University.
