At Penn State, Ryan Westman (Bala Cynwyd, PA) won the 400-meter dash in 48.48, while David Klics (Lincoln Park, NJ) finished the 200-meter dash in 21.99 for second place and the placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.15). Marquis Allen (Mays Landing, NJ) won the long jump with a jump of 7.44-meter. Anthony Butler (Pittsgrove, NJ) won the high jump competition with a jump of 2.08 meter and Lonnie Washington (Elizabeth, NJ) placed third in the same event with a mark of 2.03-meter.
Marcel Coleman (Harrisburg, PA) placed third in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.95. Michael Redden (South Orange, NJ) finished the 800-meter run in 1:53.07 for third place.
Harran Williams (Delran, NJ) took fourth in the 500-meter run with a time of 1:03.87. Brian Stanziano (Barnegat, NJ) placed sixth, out of 23 competitors, in the one-mile run with a time of 4:15.42 and Rowan Clarke (Teaneck, NJ) placed sixth in the triple jump with a 13.90-meter jump.
The 4x800-meter relay team placed third in 7:47.16 and the 4x400 relay team placed fourth in 3:17.18.
Tom Morley (Haddon Twp., NJ) and Carlos Iglesia (New Brunswick, NJ) placed 12th (2:33.49) and 13th (2:33.97), respectively, in the 1000-meter run.
Trevor O’Grady (Wood Ridge,NJ) took second in the Lehigh University Pentathlon with 3,541 points, 111 points behind winner Chris Lambert, from Lehigh. Greg Ostrowicki (Howell, NJ) took fourth with 3,406 points. Kevin Campbell (Mt. Laurel, NJ) took sixth (3,293 points) and Chris Stadler (Manasquan, NJ) placed seventh with 3112 points.
The men’s team will travel to Princeton, NJ, on Saturday, Jan. 25, to compete in the Princeton Relays.
