An employee of Rutgers Athletics since January 2016, Adam Marcus serves as Director of Ticket Operations for the Scarlet Knights. In his current role, Marcus builds ticket packages, trains sales associates and student worker staff and maintains customer relationships.

Marcus also travels with various RU teams as a ticketing liaison to manage all player, coach and donor ticket needs. During his tenure "On the Banks", Marcus developed the RAC Pass, a mobile-only ticket solution that guarantees admission to all regular season home men's basketball games.

Beginning his ticket operations career, Marcus served as a Client Services Representative/Assistant Box Office Manager for the Rockland Boulders. Marcus also has experience as a member of the Client Relations staff with the New York Jets, Ticket Operations Representative with the New York Yankees and New York Mets and Guest Relations Operator for The Madison Square Garden Company.

Marcus is a 2012 graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business.
