PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers football program will host a strength and conditioning clinic on Friday, April 28 at 4p.m. in the Ron & Joanna Garutti Strength and Conditioning Center inside the Hale Center. Admission to the clinic is $60 and a discounted rate of $30 for college students.
Dinner will be served following the clinic. RSVP to the event by emailing email@example.com. Cash payment will be taken at the door and college students must present a college ID to receive the reduced rate.
The Rutgers strength and conditioning staff, led by Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Kenny Parker will provide instruction on the fundamentals of sports performance, personal training, athletic development, injury prevention and nutrition. Also presenting will be Rutgers football Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches Gary Beemer, Luke Rose and Justin Springer, Rutgers Director of Performance Nutrition Allison Kreimeier, and strength coach J.L. Holdsworth.
