Rutgers guard Corey Sanders was named Honorable Mention All-Big Ten by both the league’s head coaches and media, in an announcement made this evening on BTN. It marks the second consecutive year the sophomore earned all-league honors, after being selected Honorable Mention All-Big Ten by the media last season.
Rutgers is the No. 14 seed in the 2017 Big Ten Championship and will play No. 11 seeded Ohio State in a 7 p.m. tip-off on Wednesday at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
