PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers Associate Director of Athletics Natalie Migliaro has been appointed to the NCAA Division I Women’s Softball Committee.
Migliaro’s four-year term on the Committee begins in September, 2004. She has been a member of the BIG EAST Conference’s Softball Committee since 1998, and has served as its Chair since 1999. She also sits on the executive committee of the Collegiate Athletic Administrators of New Jersey (CAANJ), and is a member of the Rutgers Title IX Committee.
Migliaro is in her eighth year as a member of the Rutgers Athletic Department staff. She was promoted to Associate Athletic Director at the start of the 2003-04 academic year, and serves as the administrator for a variety of the Scarlet Knights’ athletic programs. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the budgets for various sports and support services, and handles travel logistics for the men’s and women’s basketball programs as well as the division’s 27 Olympic sports programs.
Migliaro is a 1992 graduate of Wagner College, where she played softball and
served as that team’s captain in her junior and senior years. She earned
her master’s degree from Rutgers in 2001.
