PISCATAWAY, N.J. (August 9, 2012) – The 2012 class brought in by the Rutgers women’s soccer team has been ranked No. 26 by College Soccer News, the organization announced. The Scarlet Knights’ incoming class was also ranked in the top 20 by Top Drawer Soccer.

RU welcomes Cassidy Benintente (Jackson, N.J.), Rachel Cole (Teaneck, N.J.), Alana Jiménez (Ocean, N.J.), Hayley Katkowski (Westford, Mass.), Maggie Morash (Bernardsville, N.J.), Gabby Moreno (Severna Park, Md.), Brianne Reed (Tinton Falls, N.J.), Erica Skroski (Galloway, N.J.), Erica Sousa (Franklin Square, N.Y.) and Samantha Valliant (Markham, ON, Canada) this season.

The class includes six student-athletes from New Jersey, and one each from Canada, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York.
