BOSTON, MA – The Rutgers women’s crew began the spring season with second-place finishes in the varsity and novice races at Northeastern March 29.

Competing on the Charles River, the host Huskies won all three events. RU registered second-place finishes in the varsity (7:30.8) and novice (8:15.4) races, and finished third in the second-varsity race (7:53.0).

The Scarlet Knights will next be in action Saturday, April 5, when RU hosts Princeton and Columbia on the Raritan River.
