PISCATAWAY, N.J. (October 28, 2011) - Rutgers rowing unveiled the 2012 schedule, head coach Max Borghard announced Friday. Rutgers will compete in four New Jersey events this season.

The Scarlet Knights will open the spring season on Saturday, March 24, competing in the Murphy Cup located in Philadelphia, Pa.

RU returns to the water Saturday, March 31, as they race against BIG EAST foe Syracuse in upstate N.Y. before heading to Princeton the following Saturday. 

Rutgers participates in the Knecht Cup in Camden, N.J. April 14-15, before heading to Indianapolis, Ind. To take on Notre Dame in a head-to-head competition April 28.   

The Scarlet Knights will conclude its spring season at the BIG EAST Regatta May 13 in West Windsor, N.J.

The NCAA Rowing Championships will be held on May 27, also in West Windsor, N.J.
