SYRACUSE, NY – With Rutgers leading, 31-27, late in the fourth quarter, Syracuse registered a pair of touchdowns in the final 2:30 for a 41-31 victory this afternoon in a back-and-forth offensive contest at the Carrier Dome. Junior QB Ryan Hart completed 29-of-41 passes for 311 yards and three TD's for the Scarlet Knights (2-2), including a pair to tight end Clark Harris.
