CHESTNUT HILL, MA - The Boston College Eagles scored 14-unanswered points in the second half to overcome a 10-7 deficit and defeat Rutgers, 21-10, tonight at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, MA. QB Ryan Hart threw for 302 yards, surpassing the 300-yard mark for the third-straight game and Brian Leonard finished the game with 137 all-purpose yards to lead the Scarlet Knights (4-5, 1-4 BE).

PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams knocked off Connecticut in their BIG EAST openers on Saturday afternoon at RU’s Sonny Werblin Recreation Center. The women won handily, 166.50-131.50, while the men’s squad pulled out a 153-147 nail bitter against the Huskies.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – The Rutgers volleyball team (14-9, 2-5 BIG EAST) snapped its three-match losing streak in outstanding fashion, handing first-place Pittsburgh its first loss in BIG EAST action on Friday, Nov. 5, at the College Avenue Gymnasium. The match scores were 30-26, 22-30, 30-25, 21-30 and 15-13.

Seniors Andy Roy (Wall, NJ), Chris Ressa (Andover, NJ) and John Foscolo (South Plainfield, NJ) and sophomores Ramel Meekins (Westwood, NJ) and Dan Hilt (Manalapan, NJ) have each been ranked near the top of their respective weight classes.
