Cristina Curiale (Summit, NJ) was named an Inside Lacrosse Player of the Week
honorable mention. Danielle Hensil of No. 12 Old Dominion was named the player
of the week, while Amy Appelt of No. 4 Virginia, Sarah Robinson of No. 3 Georgetown
and Acacia Walker of top-ranked Maryland joined Curiale as honorable mentions. |

In order to be named to the EAGL All-Academic team, student-athletes must have a grade point average of 3.00 or higher in the two previous semesters. | |

Tonight, it was Florida Atlantic which opened an early 6-0 lead and held off several Scarlet Knight rallies for a 9-8 win in Boca Raton. With the loss, RU falls to 2-10, while FAU, ranked 24th nationally, is 21-7. | |

| MIAMI, FL – A flurry of late-game substitutions ignited a seven-run rally, but it was too little too late as Rutgers fell to Florida International, 12-10, tonight at University Park in Miami. Trailing 12-3, head coach Fred Hill unloaded his bench in the eighth and the replacements catalyzed a seven-run rally to close the gap. RU then put the tying run in scoring position in the ninth, but failed to score against FIU closer Edgar Ramirez. With the loss, RU falls to 2-9, while FIU improves to 20-7. | |
