July-12-05 Ryan Joins Rutgers Wrestling Coaching Staff
PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers University wrestling head coach John Sacchi announced the hiring of Joseph Ryan as an assistant coach with the program. Ryan replaces long-time assistant coach Mike Leta, who announced his retirement at the conclusion of the 2004-05 season after nine years with the program.

July-11-05 Former Rutgers Gridder, RAA President Bert Manhoff Dies
PISCATAWAY, NJ - Former Rutgers football player Bert R. Manhoff died on Sunday, July 10, at age 84. Manhoff, of Livingston, NJ, graduated from Rutgers in 1948, and was a two-year letterman for the Scarlet Knights in 1945-46. During that time, he helped the Scarlet Knights to a combined 12-4 record.

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Shortstop Todd Frazier (Toms River, NJ) earned his second All-America honor following his standout spring, being named to the 2005 Baseball America All-Freshman First Team. Frazier was also lauded by Collegiate Baseball in mid-June.
