PISCATAWAY, NJ – Freshman Nina Montero (Vineland, NJ) scored in the game’s final minute to lift the Rutgers women’s soccer team (5-9-1) to a dramatic 2-1 victory against in-state rival Princeton (3-6-2) Tuesday in a persistent misting rain at Yurcak Field.

October-10-05 Women’s Tennis Continues Community Service Efforts
PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s tennis team has engaged in a pair of unique community service projects this fall. In addition to donating tennis balls to the New Jersey Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Rutgers is also involved with a program to teach tennis through a low-level competitive league called rallyball.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – The Rutgers University volleyball team (8-11, 3-3 BIG EAST) earned another conference victory, as the Scarlet Knights swept Georgetown (5-13, 1-5 BIG EAST) 3-0 (30-23, 31-29, 31-29) on Sunday afternoon at the College Avenue Gymnasium.
