    PISCATAWAY, N.J. (February 10, 2014) – Prior to the beginning of the 2014 season, ScarletKnights.com will bring you Q&A sessions with newcomers of the Rutgers women’s lacrosse team. This installment features freshman midfielder Macy Scott (Toms River, N.J.). The season begins on Feb. 15 against Manhattan in Riverdale, N.Y.

    What is the best part of being a member of a team? 

    Being a member of a team gives you the sense of having a second family. You know there is always someone there that has your back.

    Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions?

    No I’m not very superstitious. I just always have to be listening to music to get pumped up.  

    If you could switch places with someone for one day, who would it be?

    Michelle Obama.

    What is your dream vacation location?

    Cruise through the Mediterranean.

    What is the best advice you have ever received?

    Your body can stand almost anything, it’s your mind you have to convince.

    What is your favorite meal?


    What’s something people don't know about you?

    I did gymnastics for eight years and cheerleading for five years.

    What actor would play you in a movie?

    Mila Kunis.
