PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team has unveiled its schedule for the 2004 spring season. The Scarlet Knights will play a total of 17 games in the spring, including seven home dates at both the Rutgers Stadium Complex and Yurcak Soccer/Lacrosse Stadium.

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers women’s lacrosse players Lyndsey Feldman (Ft. Myers, FL) and Melissa Mosey (Skaneateles, NY) were named to the Brine IWLCA/ US Lacrosse All-Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team, announced the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers head women’s lacrosse coach Laura Brand was named the BIG EAST Conference Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year, it was announced by the league office. Also earning BIG EAST honors were first-team selections Lyndsey Feldman (Ft. Myers, FL) and Melissa Mosey (Skaneateles, NY) and second-team picks Cristina Curiale (Summit, NJ) and Kristin Checksfield (Collingswood, NJ).

NOTRE DAME, IN - The 20th-ranked Rutgers women’s lacrosse team (12-4, 3-3 BIG EAST) fell to conference rival No. 18 Notre Dame (7-7, 4-2 BIG EAST), 13-6, on Sunday afternoon at Moose Krause Stadium.

April-24-03 Jackson's Batiuk Sign's NLI With Rutgers Women's Lacrosse
PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers women’s lacrosse head coach Laura Brand has announced that Jackson Memorial High School senior Katie Batiuk has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Scarlet Knights for the 2003-04 academic year. Batiuk is the sixth and final member of Brand’s inaugural recruiting class.
