PISCATAWAY, NJ – Senior goalkeeper Lyndsey Feldmen (Ft. Myers, FL) made a save with two seconds left in overtime to help preserve Rutgers’ 11-10 come-from-behind victory over Boston College in BIG EAST women’s lacrosse action on Friday in Piscataway. With the win, RU improves to 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the BIG EAST.

March-08-05 Rutgers Women’s Lacrosse Game at Penn Postponed
PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s lacrosse game at Penn, schedule for today at 6 p.m. at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, PA, has been postponed. A date has not yet been determined to make the contest up, however both schools are working to reschedule the game for later this spring. The game was scheduled to be the first road contest for the Scarlet Knights in 2005.

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Senior goalie Lyndsey Feldman (Ft. Myers, FL) was named the BIG EAST Women’s Lacrosse Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, in a vote by the league’s head coaches, it was announced on Monday. Coaches are not permitted to vote for their own players in both the individual and team polls. Rutgers was picked to finish fourth in the BIG EAST Preseason Poll, while senior defender Catherine Seals (Long Valley, NJ) joined Feldman on the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team.
