The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team (3-3) fell to the No. 18 Stony Brook Seawolves (4-2), 14-4, Saturday afternoon at High Point Solutions Stadium. Sophomore attacker Kim Kolodny (Farmingdale, N.Y.) led Rutgers with a team-high three points on two goals and an assist.

March-05-14 RU WLAX Falls to No. 15 Penn
The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team (3-2) fell, 6-3, to No. 15 Penn (2-1) Wednesday evening at Franklin Field. Sophomore attacker Halley Barnes (Garnet Valley, Pa.) and senior attacker Katrina Martinelli (Moorestown, N.J.) each finished with two points to lead the Scarlet Knights.

The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team has announced changes to its Saturday, March 8 contest against No. 18 Stony Brook. The game will now take place at High Point Solutions Stadium with a 3 p.m. start time.

The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team heads to Philadelphia on Wednesday, March 5 to take on No. 15 Penn for its second road test of the season of the season. RU enters the contest with a 3-1 record, most recently taking down Delaware, 8-7, on Saturday at the RU Turf Field.

For the second week in a row, Rutgers women’s lacrosse redshirt freshman goalie Amanda Currell (Moorestown, N.J.) was named the BIG EAST Conference Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced today.
