April 24, 2009 Cantwell Selected to All-BIG EAST Second Team
ARLINGTON, Va. – Rutgers women’s lacrosse junior attacker Brooke Cantwell (Moorestown, N.J.) was selected to the All-BIG EAST Second Team, the league announced at its annual awards banquet Thursday evening. Cantwell, who has now received all-conference honors in each of the last two years, led the Scarlet Knights with 32 goals in 2009.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers women’s lacrosse team, which had won three straight games, dropped a 15-6 decision to No. 8 Syracuse Saturday afternoon under sunny skies at Yurcak Field. Junior Brooke Cantwell (Moorestown, N.J.) scored two goals and added an assist to pace the Scarlet Knights, who drop to 7-9 (3-4 BIG EAST) with the loss.

April 13, 2009 Cantwell Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Rutgers junior attack Brooke Cantwell (Moorestown, N.J.) was named to the BIG EAST’s women’s lacrosse weekly Honor Roll, the league announced Monday. Cantwell had a stellar week, leading the Scarlet Knights to two victories. The junior totaled five points, including four goals to pace an RU offense that scored 22 goals.

The three goals for Welsh are a season-high and its Cantwell’s fourth game with three or more goals this season.
