  • PISCATAWAY, N.J. (July 25, 2012) – The busy summer for incoming Rutgers men’s lacrosse players continues in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., with the 2012 Champion® All-American Showcase, a US Lacrosse event. Four Scarlet Knight freshmen are set to take part in the event on Friday, July 27, which is part of the ESPNHS Games taking place July 22-27 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Attackmen Nick Kilkowski (Summit, N.J.) and Ryan Hollingsworth (Martinsville, N.J.) will lead offensive efforts for Team Freedom. Kilkowski was recognized as the 2012 Boys Lacrosse New Jersey Player of the Year by the Star-Ledger. Hollingsworth earned NJILCA All-America honors as a junior and senior.

Defenseman Luke Enzeiler (Raleigh, N.C.) and goalie Kris Alleyne (New City, N.Y.) will look to shut down their opposition by defending Team Liberty’s net. Enzeiler participated in the Great 38 All-Star Game earlier this spring, while Alleyne was a captain for his Clarkstown South squad and played in the Battle of the Hotbeds All-Star Game in 2011.

The boys’ side of the action features a four-team, round robin pool consisting of 94 total players. The championship game (1 p.m.) will air nationally on ESPNU at 7 p.m.
