PISCATAWAY, NJ – Junior goalie Greg Havalchak (Corning, NY) was selected to the initial 37-member watch list for the Tewaaraton Award, announced on Wednesday by the Tewaaraton Award Foundation. The Tewaaraton Award is given annually to the nation's top player.

The good news for Rutgers lacrosse fans entering the 2005 season is that the Scarlet Knights return six starters and 18 letterwinners from a team that won eight games and earned an at-large bid to last season's NCAA Tournament.
