Rutgers Gymnastics Falls to WVU, No. 19 Penn State |
| PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s gymnastics
team fell in a tri-meet at West Virginia on Sunday, Feb. 16. No. 19 Penn State
finished first with a 195.450, followed by the host Mountaineers’ 194.900
and the Scarlet Knights’ 192.400. |

| PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s gymnastics
team (10-6, 0-4 EAGL) finished second in a home tri-meet this afternoon in the
Livingston Recreation Center. The Panthers of Pittsburgh placed first in the
meet with a 193.950, followed by the Scarlet Knights with a 191.l325 and Cornell
with a 187.200. |

team (9-5) picked up its first dual-meet win of the season, outscoring the Owls
of Southern Connecticut State, 190.700-186.875, on Saturday, Feb. 1. |

Rutgers Sets New Beam Record Against JMU, Towson and Ursinus |
| PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s gymnastics
team (8-5, 0-3 EAGL) set a new team record on beam, scoring a 48.625 in the
event as the Scarlet Knights placed second in their first home meet of the season.
The Tigers of Towson took first with a team score of 193.050, followed by the
Scarlet Knights’ score of 192.825. James Madison took third with a 186.825
while Ursinus rounded out the scoring with a 183.175. |

women’s gymnastics team (6-4, 0-2 EAGL) fell in a closely-contested meet
as the Temple Owls (2-5) slipped past the Scarlet Knights, 191.950-191.875. |

Rutgers Takes Third Place at George Washington Invitational |
| WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Rutgers women’s gymnastics
team (6-3, 0-2 EAGL) finished third overall in the George Washington Invitational
this evening. The University of North Carolina took first, scoring a 192.300,
followed by the host Colonials with a 191.950 and the Scarlet Knights with a 189.100.
William and Mary took fourth, scoring a 187.150, followed by Rhode Island (186.975),
Temple (185.675) and Cornell (184.525). |

Rutgers Takes Second at UNH |
| DURHAM, NH – The Rutgers women’s gymnastics
team (2-1) opened its 2003 campaign this evening at the University of New Hampshire.
The Scarlet Knights finished second with a team score of 190.850, behind the
Wildcats first-place score of 193.900. Yale finished in third place with a 188.200,
followed by Brown with a 184.600. |
