We would like to thank everyone who attended classes in the past.
This is an exciting time for our program. This past January, our name changed to Scarlet Knights Gymnastics Academy (SKGA)! This will open up plenty of opportunities for us in the future, while still maintaining our excellence and pride in both educational and fun gymnastics classes.
If you are new to our program, we look forward to teaching your child(ren) in our gymnastics and tumbling programs. Please review the information below in regards to the contents of this registration packet, as well as directions on how to enroll in our program.

HOW TO ENROLL
Complete our registration form in its entirety. The front of the form contains basic information, doctor & insurance information, and the waiver. The back side of the form is where you list the classes you are registering for each child, as well as calculate tuition. It has built-in formulas for easy calculation. If you do not sign the waiver, or complete the form, your child will not be allowed to participate until you do so!
Payments should be in cash or check only. Checks should be made out to Scarlet Knights Gymnastics Academy. Please do not send cash in the mail. If you would like to pay in cash, please register in person during our class hours, or arrange to meet with our office manager at our office location (College Avenue Gymnasium – New Brunswick).

OR you may register in person at our class location (Livingston Recreation Center, 62 Road 3, Piscataway) during our class hours. PLEASE NOTE: If there are no classes running, the gym is closed. Please refer to the session calendar and class schedule for our hours.
Once your registration form and payment is processed, you will receive a receipt of payment via email.
Please note our classes are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Your child’s spot in a class will only be reserved if a registration form and payment are received.
A minimum of three children must be enrolled in each class, or the class maybe cancelled, and your child will have to move to another day and time. You will be contacted if this should occur. If you do not find a class that suits your schedule, contact the office to learn how to create a class or a private lesson. Please feel free to invite friends and family to enroll

Scarlet Knights Gymnastics Academy Rules & Gym Policies
Please do not bring Food or Drink into the Gym. We have had many spills and messes from parents and siblings during class time. Please be considerate while waiting for students in the gym. There is no food or soft drinks allowed in the gymnastics area. Water bottles only are allowed, and must be kept in the seating area. Anyone wishing to snack at this time must go outside the facility.
A minimum of three children must be enrolled in each class. If enrollment is low, the class maybe combined with another (by age group or level), or may be cancelled. If you’re class is cancelled, you will be contacted and asked to switch to another day and/or time.
Make ups are allowed on scheduled “make-up days” only, and there will only be one scheduled per session. Class times for these make-up days will be released at a later date. If you have conflicts with these dates, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional make up days will not be offered during this session unless there is a facilities problem (bad weather, no lights, etc.) or similar need to cancel classes. It is your responsibility to have your child(ren) attend these “Make-up Days”. Make-Ups are not carried over to the next session, no refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. If you cannot attend a Make-up Day for religious reasons only (Friday night through Sunday), please contact the office manager immediately to schedule a separate make-up within the session of enrollment.
Injury: If your child(ren) missed class due to an injury, you are eligible to be given a credit or makeups for your missed classes. However, a doctor’s note must be provided. The amount of the credit or make ups days will be based on the non-participatory dates that are listed on the doctor’s note. All credits are given on a case-by-case basis, determined by the program director.
Lost and Found: We are not responsible for items left in the gym. We do our best to place lost clothing in our lost and found box. DO NOT BRING VALUABLES TO CLASS. (No jewelry should be worn to class.)
Conduct: Treat other gymnasts, parents, and instructors with respect. There should be no rude or belittling comments, yelling, displays of anger or disgust, or talking back to anyone. No rough play or “crashing” will be tolerated.
If there are any issues, please contact the program director immediately. We will work together to solve any concerns or questions you may have!
- Arrive at the gym on time, ready to participate and stay until practice is over
- Proper attire is required—either a leotard or well-fitting shorts and a shirt.
- All hair pulled back out of the face, jewelry off, no gum or food. Your child(ren) should be able to go sideways or upside down without any visual obstruction or clothing falling over head. Leotards with skirts are not allowed.
- Parents: We will have your child pull or clip back any long hair before class begins. Children will not be allowed to participate with hair down!
- Bare feet for all. Socks get lost in the pit. We will not save socks for the lost and found.
- Please have your children wait quietly in the seating area for their instructor to start class. Children are not permitted on the equipment or in the equipment area before or after class.

Attention! In order to receive any discounts, payment must be received before the first day of classes—NOT the first day of your child’s class. Also, registering after classes start DOES NOT guarantee your child’s place in class. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. You must hand in a form and a payment in order to reserve your child(ren)’s spot in a class.
