PISCATAWAY, NJ – After a third place finish at the Rutgers Invitational and a seventh place finish most recently at the Towson Invitational, the Rutgers University men’s golf team heads to Williamsburg, VA, on Oct. 3-4 to play in the William & Mary Invitational.

Rutgers junior Seth Hirschhorn (Willingboro, NJ) has been the most impressive player for the Scarlet Knights thus far in the fall. The junior carded a 148 over two days at the Towson Invitational, good for 22nd in the tournament. In the Rutgers Invitational just two days prior, Hirschhorn fired a 210 over three rounds to finish third overall in the event that included over 70 competitors.

Senior co-captains Jason Bataille (South Plainfield, NJ) and Michael Kosup (Flemington, NJ) also finished in the top-20 in the Rutgers Invitational with final scores of 212 and 218 respectively.

After the William & Mary Invitational, the Scarlet Knights will be back in action on Oct. 17-18 when they travel to Lynchburg, VA, to take part in the Liberty Invitational.
