Greet the Rutgers Scarlet Knights as they arrive at the Stadium approximately two hours prior to kickoff at the statue commemorating the first intercollegiate football game near the Stadium’s North side. As fans form a “tunnel” with the band and cheerleaders, the team will be dropped off along Scarlet Knight Way and every player and coach will touch the statue before going to the locker room.
• Kids’ Zone and Boardwalk – 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Newly located at Athletes Glen adjacent to the practice bubble and along Scarlet Knight Way, Kids’ Zone and Boardwalk is the official Rutgers pregame destination. Enjoy carnival games, music, inflatable rides, amusements, and much more – all for FREE! Fans can also get their game face on with temporary tattoos, face painting, and poster making station at Rutgers Spirit Zone! Food may be purchased from a number of vendors providing zeppoles, funnel cakes, kettle corn, Rutgers famous Fat sandwiches, and much more! Activities vary each week.
• Rutgers University Marching Band – 11:00 AM
Watch as the Rutgers University Marching Band parades down Sutphen Road beginning at the Rutgers Stadium Complex (Turf field), to the west side of the practice bubble, through the Scarlet Lot and into the Stadium.
• Pregame – 11:45 AM
Senior Day Recognition – Fans are encouraged to be in their seats early to honor Rutgers’ 16-member senior class on Senior Day.
