  • PISCATAWAY, N.J. (May 19, 2014) – Head coach Kyle Flood and the Rutgers football program will be hosting a one-night Lady Knight Football Camp Friday, June 27 at the Hale Center and High Point Solutions Stadium. Registration for the event will start at 6 p.m. on the third floor of the Hale Center and the camp will last until approximately 11 p.m.

The cost is $35 per person and includes a gift bag, dinner, drinks and a silent auction and raffle. All proceeds benefit Embrace Kids Foundation and the Marge Yost Kidney Fund.

The fun and educational evening will give women (ages 21+) an opportunity to learn more about the game from several angles. After the welcome and introductions, the group will sit in on presentations by the coaching staff to explain the different strategies used on both offense and defense.

The next station will take place at High Point Solutions Stadium, where everyone will get a chance to run through typical drills used at RU practices.

The final presentation of the evening will center on playing the game the right way, focusing on the importance of player safety and playing the game the right way. The coaches will educate the campers on properly fitting a helmet.

Visit http://www.scarletknights.com/football/camp/ to register for the camp in advance. Walk-ups are also welcomed.
