The Department of Emergency Services operates the Knightingale Service during all Rutgers Football Home games and during other large sporting events held at the stadium. This service is reserved for the elderly, disabled and individuals with special needs. Two and a half (2.5) hours prior to kick-off, shuttles continually circulate to each of the designed pick-up areas and drop-off at the intersection by the Scarlet Walk (Scarlet Knight Way/Sutphen Rd). Return shuttles can also be found at the intersection by the Scarlet Walk and run throughout the game and for one (1) hour post game. Once in the stadium, event staff personnel are available to assist with any additional special needs.
