RWJBarnabas Health has appointed Yvette Rooks, M.D., CAQ, FAAFP as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Rutgers Athletics, it was announced today. Dr. Rooks, who has over two decades of experience in clinical practice, as well as administrative and institutional service, spent 18 years as a team physician at the collegiate level.

The Scarlet Knights earned a spot on the esteemed list with a team grade point average of 3.46 for the spring 2017 semester.
