Women's Cross Country Competes at Paul Short Invitational

BETHLEHEM, PA – The Rutgers University women’s cross country team racked up 567 points to finish in 19th place out of 45 teams at the 32nd running of the Paul Short Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 1, on the campus of Lehigh University.

Columbia won the meet with 121 points, followed by Georgetown in second with 138 and Tennessee in third with 186 points.

The Scarlet Knights were led by freshmen Alison Caruana (Succasunna, NJ) and Cheyenne Ogletree (Garfield, NJ). Caruana finished in 43rd place with a time of 21:37.3, while Ogletree finished the course in 21:57.8 to take 68th place.
