PISCATAWAY, NJ -- After placing third overall at the District II Championships, junior Julie Culley (Lebanon, NJ) qualified for the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, IN on Monday, Nov. 25. Her finish at the Mid-Atlantic Districts was the highest a Rutgers runner has finished since Desiree Scott placed first in 1984.

PISCATAWAY, NJ – The Rutgers women’s cross country team competed in the District II Championships today at Canaan Resorts in Davis, West Virginia. The Scarlet Knights finished in ninth place in a 27-team field, with 276 team points. Georgetown won the event with 50 points, followed by Villanova, Penn State, West Virginia, Princeton, Bucknell, LaSalle, and Maryland.

BOSTON, MA - Julie Culley’s (Lebanon, NJ) fourth-place individual finish led the Rutgers women’s cross country team to an eighth-place finish at today’s BIG EAST Cross Country Championships, while the men’s team finished in 13th place. Both teams were competing in a 14-team field at Franklin Park in Boston, MA.
