PISCATAWAY, N.J. (June 11, 2013) – The Rutgers women’s basketball team was recognized by the NCAA on Tuesday for their academic success in the release of the latest Academic Progress Rate (APR) scores.
The Scarlet Knights women’s basketball program boasted a perfect score of 1,000 for the 2011-12 academic year.
The APR provides a real-time look at a team's academic success each semester by tracking the academic progress of each student-athlete. The APR includes eligibility, retention, and graduation in the calculation and provides a clear picture of the academic culture in each sport.
