Rutgers Basketball Guard Myles Mack Earns All-Met Honors

    PISCATAWAY, N.J. (April 15, 2013) – Rutgers basketball sophomore guard Myles Mack (Paterson, N.J.) was named to the 2012-13 All-Met Second Team today, as presented by the National Invitation Tournament and the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association.

    Mack averaged 13.6 points per game this season, pacing the Scarlet Knights in total points (422), three-point field goal percentage (.462), assists (83) and steals (56). The sophomore scored in double-figures 23 times and surpassed the 20-point plateau four times.

    Mack ranked first in the BIG EAST in free throw percentage (.882) and three point field goal percentage, seventh in steals, 10th in field goal percentage (.480) and 16th in scoring. He was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll twice.
