PISCATAWAY, N.J. (February 8, 2013) – Rutgers’ basketball doubleheader Saturday at the Rutgers Athletic Center will be played as scheduled. The men’s basketball team hosts Georgetown at noon while the women’s basketball team welcomes Cincinnati to the Rutgers Athletics Center at 6 p.m.

Both Georgetown and Cincinnati have arrived at their team hotels in the Piscataway area.

Per BIG EAST policy, in the event of inclement weather and both teams and at least two of the three game officials are present, the game shall be played unless there is a superseding decision by state or local officials.

Both basketball games Saturday will be televised live on SNY. The men’s game also airs on the Rutgers Radio Network (710-WOR AM; 1450-WCTC AM) and ScarletKnights.com. The women’s game radio broadcast airs locally on 1450-WCTC AM and ScarletKnights.com.
