PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers University has announced its game times for the 2003-2004 men's basketball season and has completed its schedule by adding Northern Colorado, in a game that will take place at the Louis Brown Athletic Center on Feb. 17.

“I felt it was important to schedule a non-conference game in the middle of our BIG EAST season rather than adding another game in December,” Waters said. “We already have one week off in January (10-17) and I didn’t want to have another one. Trying to find a non-conference opponent in February is not easy and took some time.”

Rutgers’ television schedule will be released at a later time.
